Teethersnail FREE Crochet PATTERN

Materials: cotton yarn, 3 mm hook, stuffing, wooden hoop, rattler
Abbreviations: ch (chains), Mr (magic ring), sc (single crochet), dc (double crochet), inc (increase), dec (decrease)

Body
1.8 sc in Mr (8)
2. 8 inc (16)
3. (3 sc, inc)x4 (20)
4-7. 20 sc (20)
8. (8 sc, dec)x2 (18)
9. 18 sc (18)
10. (7 sc, dec)x2 (16) Stuff the head.
11. 16 sc (16)
12. (6 sc, dec)x2 (14)
13-30. 14 sc (14)
Here we wrap the body around a hoop if the length is not enough, crochet a few more circles.
31. (5 sc, dec)x2 (12)
32. (4 sc, dec)x2 (10)
33. (3 sc, dec)x2 (8)
34. (2 sc, dec)x2 (6)
35. (1 sc, dec)x2 (4)
Fasten off.

Snail shell
1. 6 sc in Mr (6)
2. 6 inc (12)
3. (1 sc, inc)x6 (18)
4. (2 sc, inc)x6 (24)
5. (3 sc, inc)x6 (30)
6. (4 sc, inc)x6 (36)
7-11. 36 sc (36)
12. (4 sc, dec)x6 (30)
13. (3 sc, dec)x6 (24)
14. (2 sc, dec)x6 (18)
Stuff and put in th rattle.
15. (1 sc, dec)x6 (12)
16. 6 dec (6)
Fasten off.
Sew the shell between rounds 15th and 20th in the body.

Tentacle
Make 7 ch, dc-inc in the 2nd sc from the hook, 1 dc, 4 sc.
Fasten off and leave a long tail. 
Sew the tentacles between rounds 4th and 5th in the body.
