-SPsc2- spike single crochet 2 rounds down (worked as a regular single crochet, only for the spike single crochet, you work into the corresponding stitch two rounds below.
Legs and body (red, green and brown yarn)
1. starting off with red yarn, 6 sc in a mr (6)
2. 6 inc (12)
3. (1 sc, inc)x6 (18)
4. -5. 18 sc (18)
6. switch to brown yarn, sc even (18)
7. 18 sc (18). Fasten off and hide the yarn and stuff the leg.
Do no cut the yarn once you have completed the 2nd leg, ch 9 instead. Merge the two legs together.
8. join the yarn with sl st to the 1st leg, crochet around 18 sc, 1 sc in each of the 9 stitches between the two legs, keep working on the other leg, 18 sc, . (54)
